What is a House Call?
House call grooming means I bring the grooming experience right into your home. I come to you with all the tools needed to provide gentle, professional grooming in the comfort of your own space.
What to expect & how to prepare
✔ Choose a Grooming Spot
Pick a well-lit, easy-to-clean, quiet and calm area like a bathroom, laundry room, or utility space.
✔ Provide a Table or Flat Surface
I’ll need a sturdy table or surface fit for your animal to set up my grooming arm.
The tabletop must be no higher than 15.7 inches to allow the grooming arm to attach properly.
If a table isn’t available, I can groom on the floor with a towel or mat — just let me know in advance!
✔ Access to Water & Power
A sink or tub for bathing and a nearby outlet for my tools is all I need.
✔ Clear the Area
Please tidy up personal items in the space — this helps me set up quickly and keeps your pet safe.
✔ Prep Your Pet
Make sure your pet has had a potty break and is in a calm, safe area when I arrive. Share any special needs or preferences ahead of time!
✔ Let Me Know About Any Concerns
If your pet has any special needs, fears (like blow dryers or nail trims), or past grooming experiences I should know about, feel free to share — I’m here to make it as easy as possible for both of you.
